Good to know before you send your photos.

When do I pay?

After you submit your photos, we'll confirm your order by email and send a secure payment link for your chosen package. Nothing is charged until you approve and pay that link.

How long does it take to get my video?

Turnaround depends on your order in the queue and package — we'll confirm an expected delivery window once we've received your photos, and keep you posted if anything changes.

What photos do I need to send?

Just the photos you already use on your Airbnb listing — no reshoot needed. Higher-resolution originals (rather than heavily compressed screenshots) give the best result.

Do I need to own the photos I submit?

Yes — you'll confirm on the intake form that you own or have permission to use the photos you send us. This protects both you and us if a photo turns out to belong to someone else, like a professional photographer who wasn't commissioned by you.

What's the difference between the packages?

Starter/Budget uses standard picture quality (720p). Standard uses our high picture quality cinematic engine (1080p) with a branded title card. Premium and Portfolio go further with true 4K picture quality — Premium adds 3 vertical cuts for Reels/TikTok/Stories, and Portfolio is priced per property for hosts with 5+ listings.

Can I use the video anywhere I like?

Yes — once delivered, the video is yours to post on your listing, website, or social media however you'd like.

What if I'm not happy with the result?
